Early childhood is an exciting time. Our youngest students experience the joy and excitement of an exceptional educational program in a nurturing and stimulating Christian environment. Their God-given talents, dreams, and imaginations are nurtured by highly trained, caring, Christian teachers.
The Early Childhood program lays a solid foundation for each child’s learning and spiritual development. It is in these early childhood years that each child learns to read, listen, obey, get along with others, and experience what it means to know and love God.
Our academic focus includes Bible, Phonics & Phonemic Awareness, Handwriting, English, Language, Spelling, Math, Social Studies, and Science. Student learning is enriched through Music, Physical Education, Library, Technology, Art, Chapel, and time to play!
Tremendous growth and excitement about learning characterize the elementary years. Students grow in academic skills, social understanding, biblical knowledge, and independence in studies.
Students enjoy a deep and innovative academic program that includes Bible, math, spelling, creative writing, social studies, and science. The elementary program is enriched with music, art, library skills, and physical education.
Critical thinking skills that examine academics and life experiences from a biblical perspective are promoted. All subjects are framed in biblical truth and challenge students to use their God-given abilities to glorify Him.
Elementary teachers are highly qualified and participate regularly in professional development opportunities. They embrace a biblical model for instruction and discipline as they instruct and equip students for future service in God’s kingdom.
Middle School Education
The comprehensive, Biblically-based curriculum, and overall Middle School Program is designed to transition students into academic rigor, fine arts, leadership opportunities, and enriching kingdom service.
Our Middle School Students are an important group of students. Our Middle School Educators set the tone of a rich learning community that seeks to disciple and mentor the individual student while exposing them to new technology and laboratory experiences, participation in the fine arts, and an introduction to rigorous academic courses with a modified block schedule. Middle school is a time of rigorous learning and preparation for the academic expectations of High School. Our students leave 8th grade fully prepared to engage in all that High School life has to offer.
STEAM Education is an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
STEAM programs have had great success in producing students who, along with increased critical thinking ability, take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process. These are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the future.
We like to add another S to the end of our STEAM program that represents SPIRIT. We believe that when you approach a STEAM program with the help of the Holy Spirit it opens up even more possibilities and connects students back to our amazing Creator and His work that is seen in everything.

Music at Jubilee Christian Academy is used to glorify God, benefit others, and improve oneself. The study of music gives students tools to use their voices and bodies in worship to God. These are life skills that can be used through adulthood.
Music benefits others by promoting community; students must unify their efforts to make one offering of sound. Through music, students improve self-confidence, self-expression, and self-discipline. Music is an integral part of God's creation and our daily lives, and therefore necessary for a total education.
The Bible reveals God as the Almighty creator of the Earth and as sovereign over all creation. Through the centuries man has responded to God and His creation through art. By looking back in history we see how others have responded to God through art. By using our God given talents we learn to respond positively in praise to God through visual means.
At JCA our specialized Art Teacher is committed to the development of creative skills through art and incorporates instruction as part of our core curriculum. She utilizes a variety of art modalities with each grade level. Our students have the opportunity to discover, assemble, construct and explore using “outside the box” thinking.
Technology / Media
Technological advancement has changed life itself. Many of the tools and resources, and even necessities, that we rely on every day require a device and an Internet connection. Adults rely on their devices to keep budgets, finish reports, communicate, and remind them of important events. For many of us, technology takes up a lot of our time but also helps us manage it. Similarly, children reach for their sibling’s phone or tablet as soon as they learn how to pick up objects, and as they get older have the tendency to become more subconsciously reliant on technology in every facet of life.
It is with this new reality in mind that Jubilee Christian Academy provides an academic experience that is not only faith-based, safe, nurturing, and empowering, but also connected. In fact, it is our belief that the child who engages with technology and learning under the umbrella of God’s Word has the best opportunity to succeed as an adolescent AND an adult in the realms of purpose, ministry, career, health, and family. JCA bridges 21st century skills, with 1st century faith.
